1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joya 77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the joya 77 website located at joya-77.com and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By accessing the joya 77 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by joya 77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. joya 77 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, joya 77 reserves the right to merge or close those accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings generated across them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joya 77 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. joya 77 will treat any activity conducted under your account credentials as having been authorised by you. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily or weekly transaction limits are displayed within the account cashier section at the time of the transaction. joya 77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player's joya 77 BDT wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfer methods may be longer and are subject to the operational hours of the relevant financial institution. joya 77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile banking outages, or network infrastructure issues in Bangladesh.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within five minutes under standard conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one to three Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days. joya 77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. 4.5 Prohibited Transactions

All funds deposited into a joya 77 account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. joya 77 does not accept deposits from credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any unverified payment source. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity — including money laundering, structuring, or circumventing financial reporting requirements — is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) or other relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by joya 77 are subject to individual terms that specify eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and time restrictions. These individual offer terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. 5.4 Seasonal and BDT-Specific Promotions

joya 77 periodically runs promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions are open to eligible Bangladesh-based players and will be published with their own individual terms at the time of launch. General bonus rules in this section apply unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using joya 77, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by the following obligations and prohibitions at all times:

6.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use joya 77 solely for lawful entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or the laws of any jurisdiction applicable to you.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any form of mechanical or electronic assistance to gain a competitive or financial advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software. Any winnings derived from a software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the platform's code, data, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud using the platform's deposit or withdrawal systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joya 77 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to access or operate your account.

6.3 Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any suspected cheating, collusion, or fraudulent activity by another player on joya 77, you are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. joya 77 treats all such reports confidentially and will investigate promptly.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your joya 77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, joya 77 will process any pending withdrawal of your available real-money balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) within the standard withdrawal timeframes. Account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by joya 77

joya 77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements mandating account closure.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, joya 77 is not obligated to return any deposits, bonuses, or winnings associated with the breaching activity. For closures resulting from regulatory requirements or player-initiated self-exclusion, joya 77 will return the available real-money balance in accordance with applicable procedures.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from joya 77 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the request and will remain in place for the period specified by the player (minimum 6 months). 8.5 Amendments to Terms

Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect player rights, payment terms, or eligibility requirements — joya 77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to all registered players before the changes take effect. Minor amendments (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or addition of new game categories) may take effect immediately upon publication at joya-77.com/terms-conditions.

8.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and joya 77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
